I am not surprised with the benefits. Every businessmen pays
money to lobbyists to research in their favor. Unfortunately, no one has
contacted me for this blog. You might have heard, 'Got Milk', 'An apple a
day..', Eat Egg', 'Bread and butter',
Some say, Wine is the best, but No Offence, I feel it is
French Paradox. Beer also should get the same acclamation as it has less
percentage of alcohol and more water. next day you don’t feel headaches and
hangovers
I believe anything in moderate intake helps your body to get
what it wants. Especially when you are getting old. Try to have not more than
350ml of beer, I repeat only beer(with respect to quantity), in a day for your
good health.
